Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh) [India], June 7 (ANI): chairman of the Construction Committee of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, Nripendra Mishra, said on Saturday that the outline of the Ram temple is in the final stage, with the idol of Ram Lalla placed on the ground floor, Ram Darbar set up on the first floor, and the second floor dedicated to rare literature related to Lord Ram.
“The outline of the temple is final. The idol of Ram Lalla is there on the ground floor. On the first floor, Ram Darbar has been set up. The second floor has been dedicated to rare pieces of literature related to Lord Ram, as and when we source them,” he added.
On June 5, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath participated in the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of the Ram Darbar on the first floor of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple.
The sacred ceremony began at 6:30 AM on Tuesday and continued till June 5.
The ‘Pran Pratishtha’ rituals of Ram Darbar, which are performed on the first floor of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Ayodhya, began on Tuesday.
The temple complex in Ayodhya has been decked in vibrant, colourful lights, casting a divine glow as devotees gather in anticipation of the spiritual milestone.
Ayodhya officials had begun action to ban meat sales along key religious routes like Ram Path and Dharma 14 Kosi Marg, issuing notices to shopkeepers after complaints were raised at CM Yogi Adityanath’s Janata Darbar. (ANI)
